Please follow the following steps to access the new Home Agent Platform website.

STEP 1
If you are an Independent Business Owner (IBO) and would like to sign up for the Home Agent Program.
Enroll Now! If you have already enrolled in the Home Agent Program, sign in.

STEP 2
You will be prompted to sign in with your current IBO number and password whether you have previously enrolled in the Home Agent Program or not. You must already be an IBO in order to enroll as a Home Agent.

STEP 3
Once you have signed in or enrolled in the program you will be allowed to view the training; program news and updates; sales tools; account information; and more.

Help Section

How to log on and start working with the new system:

1. At the top of this screen you will notice a link to Manage Account, this takes you to the ITV Ventures Remote Agent Credit System R.A.C.S. System. You will need to login using your IBO ID and your Ventures Back Office password - see help graphic

2. In the R.A.C.S. System, make sure you have enough credits to be involved in the queues you desire - see help graphic

3. Once credits have been secured, proceed to step 4.

4. Go to https://itv.hostedcc.com - see help graphic

5. Login using your IBO ID preceeded by "itv/" and password like this:

   1. itv/(put ibo id here)

6. Click to "launch chat". - see help graphic

7. An IRC Chat window will appear. - see help graphic

8. Once online, your screen will look like this - see help graphic

9. When a call comes in, your phone will ring and you will see a popup browser screen for the ITV Ventures Remote Agent Credit System R.A.C.S. System. In the R.A.C.S. System header you will notice a heads-up display of your current credits. see help graphic

   1. If you do not see a popup, you may have popups disabled

   2. Help stop Popup Blocker
